[產(chǎn)品說明]: 熱熔鋁箔麥拉又叫熱融鋁箔麥拉,分PE型熱熔鋁箔麥拉、PVC型熱熔鋁箔麥拉；采用熱熔膠為MQ-40高分子聚合物，無毒無公害，符合最新版歐盟RoHS環(huán)保規(guī)章。另外一種叫自粘膜型熱熔鋁箔麥拉，采用正牌EAA自粘膜，保證能在較低預(yù)熱溫度下，具有良好的熱熔粘結(jié)效果，且保持長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定。
Product Description: Heat sealed aluminum polyester tape also called hot melt aluminum polyester tape, divide in PE heat sealed aluminum polyester tape and PVC heat sealed aluminum polyester tape, made of hot melt adhesive macromolecular polymer MQ-40, non-toxic and harmless, accord with the latest version of the EU RoHS environmental regulations. Another is self adhesive aluminum polyester tape, made of real EAA self adhesive film, it has good effect of hot melt adhesive when the low temperature, and can keep the stability for a long time.
[應(yīng)用方式]: 主要應(yīng)用于電腦線、家用通信電纜、高頻信號(hào)線、射頻線、同軸電纜等。利用線材外披覆壓出的熱能產(chǎn)生粘著，加固牢度好，密合優(yōu)異，后段加工簡(jiǎn)單。應(yīng)用于多導(dǎo)體控制線材的干擾遮蔽，如信號(hào)線，同軸電纜，有線電視線材，Series ATA排線或是局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)電纜。

二、顏色：常見顏色為藍(lán)色和銀色,還可根據(jù)需要做成紅色、綠色、金色等。

三、電氣特性：主要作為抗電磁干擾用，通常情況是在1-100MHZ，屏蔽衰減80dB左右時(shí)，單獨(dú)用雙面鋁箔就可以達(dá)到。
Electrical characteristics: Mainly as an anti-electromagnetic interference is usually the case in 1-100MHZ, shielding around 80dB attenuation can be achieved with Mylar foil.
四、分切及包裝：分切最小寬度為2mm，采用軸裝形式；常規(guī)分切寬度為5mm，內(nèi)孔大小為52mm或76mm；收卷最大外徑為800mm，紙箱包裝。
Slitting and packaging: Slitting minimum width of 2mm, adopt shaft packing form; conventional slitting width is 5mm, bore size is 52mm or 76mm; the winding maximum outer diameter of 800mm, carton packaging.
